Please note: Our registration and payment processes have been revised to be contactless and electronic for improved safety and efficiency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All registration processes must be completed 24-hours prior to the first appointment.

Client registration and scheduling is a simple and convenient on-line process using our secure client portal and links on our website to e-signature FORMS.

If you know which counselor you prefer, simply go to their profile page and click on their Make Appointment button to access the client portal.

Complete the Registration Process

The registration process must be completed 24-hours prior to the first appointment or the appointment will need to be rescheduled. This includes:

  • Registration in the client portal for the counselor selected
  • Completion of the biography in the client portal
  • Completion of e-signature New Client Forms, Adult or Minor (under age 18) available on the FORMS section of the webpage, which includes digital copies of drivers license or photo ID and insurance card (front and back) if insurance will be used.

Once you have registered in the client portal, you will be emailed information from "psychselect" to remind you to complete all of the steps in the registration process, including the biography in the client portal and the e-signature FORMS, and how to access the client portal for scheduling, etc.


Your Visit

If you indicated a preference for telehealth on the e-signature New Client Forms, your counselor will send you a link prior to your appointment so you can access the virtual telehealth session.

If you indicated a preference for an in-person office session, please arrive before your appointment time and follow the instructions posted in the waiting area to check in at the Admin window during regular Admin business hours (9-5 M-TH, 9-1 Fri) or take a seat and wait for your counselor if your appointment is outside of regular Admin business hours.


Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted are credit and debit cards only at this time, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
