Mary Meirink, MA, LPC, NCC
There is something powerful about having a safe place to share your heart. Mary seeks to provide such a place through her work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri.
A life long learner, Mary has a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College and a M.A. in Counseling from Saint Louis University (SLU). She completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and is a licensed minister. Mary brings twenty years experience on church staffs and is honored to currently serve full-time as an Associate Chaplain in a Senior Living Residential Care Center.
Mary provides professional counseling for individuals, groups, and seniors in areas of grief and loss, depression, faith crisis, and women’s issues. Her counseling approaches are; Person Centered, Narrative, Resilience, Strength Based, and Feminist.
In addition to helping people through her LPC and Chaplaincy, Mary oversees Glorious Hope Ministries. They facilitate Christ centered inter-denominational gatherings that promote love and unity in the body of Christ through connection. Most gatherings are geared towards women.
Mary and her husband have been married for thirty-four years and have two adult children.
She enjoys writing, dreaming, singing, playing guitar, and all things Hallmark Movies. Especially the cheesy ones.
