Zachary Sander, MA, LPC, CADC
Zachary "Zach" Sander has had the privilege of meeting with clients for over ten years and his desire to continue helping people is unwavering.
He earned his Master’s Degree in Counseling at Missouri Baptist University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Missouri. He has extensive experience in individual, family, and group therapy with both children and adults. He counsels through a Biblical worldview, helping people develop a healthier perception and understanding to reach a more fulfilled, healthy lifestyle in Christ.
Zach uses methods such as Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Reality Therapy, and Psychodynamic approach to help his clients work through emotional and behavioral difficulties. He meets with clients that struggle with a wide range of issues. Whether you have a teen/child struggling at home and school, are struggling with hope, or are simply overwhelmed with life, it is Zach’s passion and honor to help you break through strongholds that hinder peace and purpose in your life.
Zach counsels extensively with clients that struggle with addictions (sexual and drug), anxiety, trauma, anger, depression, attachment issues, obsessive-compulsive, foster/adoption, marital issues and grief.
He also has past experience working at a drug and alcohol agency where he earned his certification as an Alcohol Drug Counselor in the State of Missouri.
